Morgue Walls One of the big new things this year is building solid walls. As much as possible we are trying to build solid painted walls where last year we put plastic. The first room to be completed is the morgue, which came out really well. We used masonite for the top half of the wall (painted Jade White, aka asylum green) and this amazing masonite tile board for the lower half. My brother and my wife did the cutting and painting and my brother's lovely wife assisted in aging it all with some sweet stains and dripping. This room will be completed with a freezer wall and lots of great hospital-type props. |
